A music educator for over 30 years...

A music educator for over 30 years, my goal is to provide a high level of vocal instruction in a private studio setting. Having earned a Master of Arts degree in Music (choral conducting), after completing my Bachelor of Arts degree in Music (vocal performance). I have taught voice and choral music to students from kindergarten to college. My focus in studio instruction is on developing proper vocal technique in singers of all ages.

 

In addition to teaching, I continue to perform in concert, recital and musical theater. I am also the artistic director and conductor of Bel Canto, an a cappella chamber vocal ensemble made up of Napa Valley's finest singers.  I also perform as a pianist, organist, and collaborative artist. A member of The National Association of Teachers of Singing (NATS), my students perform for regional events and competitions, where I act as an adjudicator as well.
